Working with a dental practice company launching new practices, we helped to create awareness locally and acquire new patients.

The business goal

A group of dental practices approached us as they were expanding and opening new practices, in two new locations. They already had 2 practices in other areas.

The primary aims were to acquire new private patients for their newly launched practices and promote their general, restorative and cosmetic dental treatments to clients in the local areas.

With a focus on their exceptional customer service, they also wanted to grow and acquire more private patients for their existing practices to grow profits.

Our Solution

Taking a holistic approach, we implemented Google Ads and SEO for the new practices.

Using our keyword research for each of their core services, their websites were optimised for SEO.

Google Ads were set up using additional research of their market and competitors. We devised and implemented a Google Ads local strategy for each practice, bringing out the benefits of each practice and appealing to local audiences.

Tracking and measurement were also set up which included detailed measurement of website enquiry forms and inbound calls from the ads.

The Results

Data for July 2023 to June 2024 from Google resulted in:

• 6:1 ROI for two new practices
• 953 new enquiries
• 354 new patients
